bgreig Posted February 4, 2019 Share #2 Posted February 4, 2019 Could you direct me to a little more detail on how the updates work and changes that impact my Leica Q, and how they do so? Thanks
Stephencdean Posted February 4, 2019 Share #3 Posted February 4, 2019 The instructions to load are wrong for the Q. It doesn’t mention about holding down the (little used) record movie button and while holding switch on to instigate upgrade. Doesn’t work the way the instructions advise!!
PCPix Posted February 4, 2019 Share #4 Posted February 4, 2019 M10 (current 2.6.5.0) and iOS (current 12.1.3) with this updated Foto 1.1: How does the time 'automatically sync' - mine definitely not doing that... The app shows as v.1.1.0 so definitely updated, but under <settings> in the apple menu it still shows as v1.0.0. I've done all the usual reinstall app reboot phone, reboot camera etc. but to no avail. Any suggestions from the Leica software gurus greatly appreciated - thank you. I can finally connect the app to my M10 again, but the camera's clock is still one minute too slow.

I thought it was also doing that evikne - but it seems I wasn't entering the time properly (not pressing 'set' after the minute set)... The app is definitely not syncing time/date on my M10 so I've just reverted to the time honoured method of using www.time.is Edited February 4, 2019 by PCPix

re701 Posted February 4, 2019 Share #8 Posted February 4, 2019 Is Leica D_Lux 109 covered by v1.1 ? Thanks
erudolph Posted February 28, 2019 Share #9 Posted February 28, 2019 I am using the new app on a CL for digiscoping. It seems that when the camera is being controlled by the app, the LCD screen of the camera displays the menu screen and the viewfinder image is displayed only on the screen of the remote device, in my case an iPhone. It doesn't seem possible to evaluate focus on a smartphone screen. Is there a way that one can continue to see the image on the LCD screen or in the EVF while controlling the camera by remote? HPNAviator Posted March 3, 2019 Share #10 Posted March 3, 2019 It appears that Geotagging with the D-Lux 7 over Bluetooth is still not supported in this version.
