fotografr Posted January 25, 2019 Share #2 Posted January 25, 2019 That looks fantastic. My wife makes roasted Brussels sprouts like that quite often. She adds onion (which caramelizes), mustard and bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. I grew up not liking Brussels sprouts but have completely reversed. I can't figure out what's in the muffin tins, and is that a souffle in the upper left? I see your son has at least one young child.
albert Posted January 26, 2019 Author Share #3 Posted January 26, 2019 You have sharp eyes and and attention to detail to see the safety latch on the cupboard doors. Two children, 4 year old Margot and 2 year old Beau. The “ soufflé “is actually a special Christmas cake and those are scalloped potatoes in the tin. I still choke down Brussels sprouts. stuny Posted January 26, 2019 Share #4 Posted January 26, 2019 Very nice. Brent - We buy regular and bourbon barrel maple syrup from Crown - We visited their facility about 16 months ago and were greatly impressed - And their café has excellent food. their products (syrup and maple sugar) are the best I've ever had.
