Thanks David. These were taken in Arunachal Pradesh in northeast India. The first image was taken in a monastery, the Samden Yamcha monastery in the village of Mechuka. The second image was taken in a Donyi Polo temple in another Arunachal village. Donyi Polo is an animistic religion whose followers worship the sun and the moon.

In low light conditions I've learned to trust the X Vario to capture a whole lot of detail that just doesn't show on the camera replay. This image is of a mock plate of food in a screen cupboard at the Chinatown Heritage Centre in Singapore.

I shot also with the Leica T and an R lens or two, but these came out more to my liking.
