Keith (M) Posted November 13, 2018 Share #1 Posted November 13, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) A positive review of this kit tempts me to finally try C-41 home processing. Has anyone on the forum tried it?
Advertisement Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 Hi Keith (M), Take a look here BelliniFoto Monopart C-41 Kit. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
250swb Posted November 26, 2018 Share #2 Posted November 26, 2018 (edited) I must be stupid because I've read through the review and the 'mono' aspect seems to be that they've simply separated the blix into two chemicals, bleach and fix. So the process is the same as using a Tetenal kit except with an extra step, everything else is pretty much identical, or so it appears to me? I couldn't be bothered to read every single word because it was rambling, but where is the innovation, they seem to be using 'mono' outside the context how most photographers would use it? I would add that using a Tetenal C-41 kit is already as easy as home processing B&W films with conventional chemistry, you only need to invent a water bath for the chemicals, most people already have one, called a washing up bowl.
