Brian C in Az Posted November 8, 2018 Share #1 Posted November 8, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm trying the free trial of Luminar. It doesn't include any, but it can import the correction files. I don't know where to find them. I've heard that they are included with LR, is there a site from which to download them? Can they be exported from LR or PS and emailed to someone?
Advertisement Posted November 8, 2018 Posted November 8, 2018 Hi Brian C in Az, Take a look here Where to get Camera and Lens Correction Files?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
CharlesL Posted November 10, 2018 Share #2 Posted November 10, 2018 Camera profiles typically are in .dcp file format. You can include this term and the name of your camera in a Web search. Lens correction is mostly for barrel/pincushion distortion and, less important these days, chromatic aberration. You can get a good result by trial and error, then save the parameters for re-use.
