Fedro Posted November 6, 2018 Share #1 Posted November 6, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have noticed that when I don't use the 50 Lux (ASPH) for a little while (say a couple of weeks) the focus ring gets stuck and I have to use a little force to get it to rotate again. This seems to happen when I leave the lens at infinity but will check if other positions also create this issue. The lens seems otherwise fine optically etc I have not noticed this with any other lens (including a 50 Lux I had years ago) so was wondering if this is just need for a CLA or something more serious Thank you Fedro Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would rotate the focus ring a few dozen times and check if this is enough to loosen it. Otherwise a CLA could be in order. Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
