abrewer Posted September 30, 2018 Share #3 Posted September 30, 2018 I looked at the first and said to myself "That's a classic Leica shot" The color is terrific, too; but there's nothing like B&W with these lenses
Graham (G4FUJ) Posted September 30, 2018 Share #4 Posted September 30, 2018 Both great, but B&W my favourite, too.
RayD28 Posted September 30, 2018 Share #5 Posted September 30, 2018 B&W -- Wonderful shot.
stuny Posted September 30, 2018 Share #6 Posted September 30, 2018 Both are excellent, though I very slightly prefer the B&W
relms Posted October 3, 2018 Share #7 Posted October 3, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I will make it unanimous so far - the B&W one does it for me.
StS Posted October 3, 2018 Share #8 Posted October 3, 2018 Another vote for b&w, also for the excellent tonal control. Brilliant composition Stefan

Louis Posted October 9, 2018 Share #10 Posted October 9, 2018 I missed this one. A great portrait! I really can't tell whether I prefer BW or color. Each has its own character.
ezc203 Posted October 10, 2018 Share #11 Posted October 10, 2018 Color version feel a bit over saturated to my eyes, especially with oranges/reds. Definitely refer the B&W version like most people who have commented already. I'd also add that in the future maybe be more mindful to the shadow line from his hat brim/where it falls on his eyes. _Michael Posted October 16, 2018 Share #12 Posted October 16, 2018 B&W for me no question.
