exchanging the part of elmar 90mm

I wonder if lower part of Elmar 9cm f4 1st lens can exchange lower part of Elmar 9cm f4 2nd (3-elements) lens.

What I am SURE about is that you cannot exchange the lenses' units (both unscrewable) : the thread and width are different.. You can exchange, on the contrary the lenses units. of all the previous versions (not for the missing item at left  in your picture.. : the "Fat"...  )  , and I did it (have all of them) : focusing is no more consistent with the intermix : any version has a certain set of shims inside the Mount, to couple correctly depending on exact focal length.
