While not knowing about you, Ladies and Gents, but the vagabond myself always makes mental and photographic cuff-notes. For those of you unfamiliar with the meaning, cuff-notes is an early XIX century expression, when some gentlemen made quick observation notes on their starched shirt cuffs.

 

The image attached was grabbed yesterday in small village about 150 miles NW of the New York City. One superbly tiny old fire house. On the day of 9/11 the NYC World Trade Center al-Queda attack, the local firemen team took off, went to the City trying to save lives. For the chap like myself, who was in the NYC the day of 9/11, this story is very touchy.

 

In the left side of the frame is the monument built later and dedicated to the onslaught victims.
