I briefly considered the CL, but the Q is what I really need. I have the Hasselblad X1D with 90mm lens (~70mm FF)

 

So between them I cover all I want for personal use, street, portraiture and live music.

 

Looking forward to taking it for a proper spin tomorrow, on the flight I was feeling sad that hadn't got to use it properly yet.

 

What made you go for the CL, versatility of focal lengths?

I was tempted by the CL, but the larger sensor of the Q won the day. Was it a mistake? Time will tell.

I got mine yesterday!

 

First impressions are very good.

 

However, a quick snapshot shows that the lens hood cuts the corners of the frame. Not good!

What program are you using to process your images. I had the same issue -before the lens profiles were added to the programs?

 

Do the in camera jpg's show the same vignetting?

I use Photo Ninja.

 

The jpgs do not show the vignetting, nor the barrel distortion of the RAW files.

My guess is Photo Ninja does not have a profile for the Q to deal properly with the DNG. It’s not the camera.

Yes, this is correct.

[M11 for me]

We saw above that the corner were just cut off in the jpg compared to the dng. Can that really be true? That would just take some part off the sensor.
