Elise13 Posted September 2, 2018 Share #1 Posted September 2, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I am a new user of the D-Lux 109. I am reading the manual thoroughly and whatever the shooting mode, snapshot or PASM, I can’t get to the following settings (they are NOT highlighted in the menu): Highlight Shadow, Intelligent Dynamic, HDR, multiple exposure, Time lapse shot, Stop-motion animation. Moreover, the flash option is not available either, although the flash provided with the camera is in place and ON. Can somebody help me? Thanks
Advertisement Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Hi Elise13, Take a look here D-Lux 109 : unavailable menu options. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
lct Posted September 2, 2018 Share #2 Posted September 2, 2018 I have no experience with those settings but you may wish to check that silent mode is disabled.

lct Posted September 2, 2018 Share #4 Posted September 2, 2018 I would try to switch both camera and flash off, then switch the flash on in the first place and switch the camera on afterwards.

Thanks I suspect that you have chosen a picture quality including RAW recording (p. 109/110 of the manual). Many other features - like iZoom - are also not available with RAW. Elise13 Posted September 3, 2018 Author Share #7 Posted September 3, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I found the answer to my problem with the flash on UTube: do a double reset of the camera and the problem disappears... 1
