Amazed with Tri-X (@800)

I am new to shooting with Tri-X therefore it may be old news to experience gurus here. First time I shot Tri-X pushed to 800 and processed in DD-X. I was amazed at the wide dynamic range even after one stop push.

 

See the Delorean picture below. This indoor photo was shot at (using meter) f2.8 and 1/60. The outside sunlit scene is not fully washed away.

 

BTW, the car was bright golden color.
