A burning sunset sky over the Racetrack, a 20-seconds exposure taken in amazing Death Valley (CA), USA, during a workshop I led there last winter. Leica SL, Leica Vario-Elmarit-SL 24-90mm and filters Formatt-Hitech Firecrest Ultra.

A very masterful composed picture with stunning colors. This is a fascinating landscape and you managed to get in the picture perfectly. I guess it will look even better in a large format print. As the pattern in the dried earth is a main part of this landscape, I would have prefered your watermark in the upper left corner - but this is just a suggestion

Absolutely gorgeous. I have been to racetrack several times and this is one of the best I have seen. Does justice to this remote and mystical (to some) place.
