Capture One Learning Hub

Recommended Posts

Phase One recently published a new website 'The Learning Hub' - for Capture One. Might well be useful for those considering using the software.

Thank you for your hint.
Maybe I'll try again for a practical workflow with Capture One.
Some black and white conversions have convinced me, but for me C1 is too cumbersome to use.
I used to get better first with Aperture 3, even with the basics of Gimp.
For some years Lightroom 5 with Silver Efex and Graphic Converter for framing was my normally used software, but now almost Photoshop only has the workflow that seems to be more like my other experiences with software on computers.

Sure, I use them both but less intense. Clarity mostly Neutral, 20 at the most. Structure only for special purposes, it becomes a bit kitschy soon. But since C1 has these tools I don’t use EfexPro anymore, C1 is faster if you want to keep it subtle, Efex can be subtle but that takes a lot of time.
