The northern part of the state now has the largest fire in state history burning mostly out of control. In the south several smaller, but still large fires also continue to burn. Smoke from a fire about 30 miles south of me continues to fill the air, along with the ash. I tried to get some images yesterday evening with the sometimes colorful look this combination can bring, but it stayed pretty subtle. I did like this one however.
