How about an open thread about pictures of and taken with Visoflex lenses.

Let me start with the 280mm mounted on the Visoflex III:

The first picture I have already posted today in my Apo-Telyt/Tele-Elmar thread. It shows Visoflex II Micro, III and 020.

Second picture shows Micro Viso II with bellows and Tele-Elmar.

is there anything that you prefer on the II compare to the III?

Not really. My II is a "Micro" model with interchangeable focus screen, that is nice. And the finder has higher magnification than the 90 degree on my III.

Picture taken with M8 and 1937 Elmar 9 cm.

One of my favored setups - also works well with my m4/3 & DSLR bodies.

To be compared to 5D with Macro-Elmarit-R 2.8/60mm, here

not same framing, not same atmosphere ;)

  • 2 weeks later...

I have had a few Visoflexes over the years, never kept them very long.

This picture is of the Visoflex 2 I had about a year ago, screw fit with Leica 2 attached and 200mm f4 Telyt.

That one was sold, but now I have another Visoflex 2 in bayonet mount that came with a small outfit I bought at a local auction earlier this year, have not used it yet.
