Hello,

I read this post from an american photographer (Heinz Richter) about the Novoflex kit :

Here's what he answered (for information):

The Novoflex LEM/VIS III adapter set does not work because it is made for Leica M mount lenses. Unfortunately, adapters for the older screw mount lenses are hard to find. Leica used to make an adapter tube which allowed the use of your lens directly on Leica screw mount cameras. Here you may see the combination of lens (in my case a 200mm Telyt which has the screw mount like your 280mm) - 16466 (OUBIO) - Novoflex LEM-VIS and Novoflex LEM-LEI which attaches the whole thing to the camera:
