Reciprocity Posted September 20, 2019 Share #61 Posted September 20, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) I use either the original strap the M10 comes with or a Crumpler Check Strap. Both of them are comfortable enough ( I never use heavy lenses on M bodies) and don’t take much room in the camera bag. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1387038-REG I have never liked the flashy straps like rope or weave that look like I could wear them as a belt, never use half or full cases either, it’s a tool, not a toy. These look very similar to the leica's original straps, no? Except for the ends.
snooper Posted October 3, 2019 Share #65 Posted October 3, 2019 No they are much slimmer and you have to chose your length as they are not adjustable. Once you have the perfect size, it's a real pleasure.

I use Gordy's straps on my M10, M7 and other cameras since a few years. They are good straps according to my taste and people there are gentle and effective if you ask any question. robert

digger1914 Posted October 8, 2019 Share #68 Posted October 8, 2019 I moved to a Harry Benz strap last year and couldn't be happier. Well made, thick but pliable, and has excellent rings that do not scratch the body.
cbarber Posted October 9, 2019 Share #69 Posted October 9, 2019 I recently purchased a Harry Benz strap, 'The Vintage B' in dark brown to be exact. Very pleased with it.

Also doesn't slip off when over one shoulder. absolutely my favorite! have this on two bodies and a Rock and Roll M10 strap. I like the Rock and Roll, but these Bartons are better IMHO. Rixmix Posted October 14, 2019 Share #73 Posted October 14, 2019 Greetings, I have FINALLY found the perfect strap for my M10 and Summilux 50mm f1.4 Black Chrome lens. The Sailor Strap Skinny Jimmy Deluxe is a slice of nirvana in the world of shoulder straps. Soft, supple and well made. Works across my chest, on the shoulder and tethered to my wrist. I live in Denver, ordered the strap on Monday and it was delivered to my house on Thursday - all the way from Warsaw Poland! This is a great strap and I couldn’t be more pleased. Herr Barnack Posted November 27, 2019 Share #74 Posted November 27, 2019 (edited) On 7/7/2018 at 12:03 AM, EddieCheddar said: Hey now, I recently went to Italy by myself for a full 30 days. I took my Leica M10, with 35 1.4 Summilux, and the longer "M" rock n roll strap (see attached picture). I had this camera with me every day, all day -- I didn't take a camera bag or anything else. The rock n roll strap is very comfortable, I really like it, and it wasn't in my way or too heavy (but I only had the .35mm). It's a bit "thicker" than I'd like, and it's a bit "long" to deal with on a small Italian cafe table. However, I would bundle some of the strap up on the table, and lay my camera on top of it (sort of like a cushion, for the camera -- see pic). Hope this helps some. -- Ed Welcome, dear visitor! This looks like a great strap and at $65 USD it is priced within reason: https://rocknrollstraps.com/shop/camera-straps/snake-straps/snake-asian-blue-strap/ My Q2 is currently wearing this, which is really all a person could need in a strap: https://www.vi-vante.com/camerastraps/sheetline/rope/aqua-blue Edited November 27, 2019 by Herr Barnack
rnl Posted November 27, 2019 Share #75 Posted November 27, 2019 Pacsafe Unisex Carrysafe 100 GII Anti-Theft Camera Strap cannot vouch for it's anti-theft capabilities, but it is a comfortable strap. I've used the rock and roll and other expensive straps; I find them to be uncomfortable
