Hi, Jean-Marc,

Which adaptors did you use to fit your 50/1.4 Summilux-R and your 75/1.4 Summilux-M to your Fuji GFX 50S please?

Hi Pete,

I am using a Novoflex R to M and a Breguetcamera M to GFX.

Cheers, JM.

Scary, indeed, Gary!  According to Wikipedia the undersea tunnel segment is 6.7km.  After reading about some of the issues encountered during its construction, I think my first choice would be a ferry.

Switzerland has six tunnels of more than 14 km extent. the longest two at 36 and 56 km, are railway only, but would you feel less threatened with all of the Alps over your head than just a little water?

A glorious evening here, rain predicted overnight and for the next few days.

Full moon just rising, and visible through the increasing high cloud, mares and foals feeding.

X-Pro2, 90mm Summicron R.

Posting to see if the compression issue persists . . .

19mm Elmarit-R v. II with Nikon Z7 . . .

940kb to 264kb . . . yup, no fix.  No surprise, either.

To those who know me here: many thanks for the kind words, and welcome to follow me on my website.  I just changed the format so it's easier to update with new photos.

Website looking good, always love to see your bird shots.  Just wondering how you are finding R lenses on the Z7.  I've been trying them out on Canon R (the camera that's getting a real bad press)!   To me R glass results on the Eos are better than anything M I've tried, though main difficulty for me whatever camera and lens is the horrible grey old UK winter.

This with the Elmarit 180 2.8 R - our abandoned christmas tree in the garden complete with one forgotten decoration.

Thank you!  More bird shots to come . . .

The R 19mm II, and 21-35mm, as well as the 35, 50, 80mm Summilux-Rs  all give spectacular results on the Z7, allowing me for the first time to see just how great these lenses are all the way to the extreme corners, something the SL doesn't quite enable.  The Kyocera-made R 35-70mm f4 and R 80-200mm f/4.0 lenses really shine on the Z7 as well.  My one M wide, a 25mm ZM seems to prefer the SL.
