M7 Meter Dispalying Malfunction?

Hello, my M7 meter display seems off. When eyeing the viewfinder displayed shutter speeds are giving off slight (barely noticeable) streeks of red. Also, a there's a larger than usual red rectangle surrounding displayed shutter speeds. Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated.
