Really beautiful! I’m interested - have you applied a sort of scratched or aged photo effect here?

Nice shots, thanks for sharing. How do you find the elpro+18-56 combination works? Results look nice, how convent is it to use?

Tom

It is fun! Works like a charm! Very sharp, nice bokeh. Although I now own the 60 mm Apo Macro, I often use the Elpro because of its high magnification. Just keep in mind to remove any protective filter when you screw it on, because the filter will produce vignetting at 18 mm. The Elpro works equally well with the 23 mm TL (and with the Leica Q). A tripod would be useful, but I confess that I am too lazy to carry one. Be sure to have some microfibre cloth at hand when you remove and replace the filter and look whether dust has made its way on the lens or between lens and Elpro.

I have heard that many prefer the older Elpros with less magnification. I have not yet had the opportunity to try one.

I applied a textured background in post processing. One of the textures I blended was scratched metal.

Thanks for the helpful feedback. I have a apo 60 macro as well, lovely lens, but often want to walk or cycle with my 18-56 and not carry another lens but see close up (e.g., Small flower) opportunities. This seems perfect for that use.
cheers,

Tom
