A hallmark of his restaurants is his staff - Always well selected and trained. this is one of the staff members we met on Saturday at Union Square Café. In its original location just off Union Square it was quite good. In the new location (Lexington Avenue at 19th Street) it is a first tier restaurant, excellent in all ways. Welcome, dear visitor!
