Your pictures are fascinating and very pleasing, Jhon.  I use a very old Zeiss Sonnar to make similar pictures but yours go far beyond what my Sonnar can produce and I prefer yours.

 

I particularly like the 'dreaminess' and seeming like you're in another world and the 'glow' around some objects.  Please post more.

Still blow away by the result......lovely effect and surprising all the pictures untouched looking at the M10 rear screen keeps great color and contrast.

 

Still waiting to see how this lens performs on Film.

Me too, the unpredictability of (certain) film may add to the mix, nicely, eg expired, heat damaged or possibly Adox Color Implosion (if stock can be found).

The application of a visual effect on an uninteresting image makes it little more than a curiosity whose apparent purpose is to showcase, or showboat, the effect for its own sake.

Conversely, the application of a technique such as this to compositions that are truly enhanced by this kind of treatment can be transformative. Jhon, you have clearly figured out this distinction in your street dreams portfolio. Well done.
