When is your membership up for renewal?

Mine is about now (yes, moderators pay too!), but for some reason Paypal can't take my payment for a perfectly good and in date credit card.

One of the things on my list to sort out tonight.

Rather than post about it here, you'd be better off PMing Andreas on LUF Admin

When is your membership up for renewal?

Mine is about now (yes, moderators pay too!), but for some reason Paypal can't take my payment for a perfectly good and in date credit card.

One of the things on my list to sort out tonight.

Thanks, Andy. My PM is not working. I have tried to PM Andreas already. I don't recall when my renewal was, but I think it was not tooling ago and I paid.

I can't see why your PM function should be disabled unless you have filled up your PM box with messages.

thanks, Andy.  Strangely, I have just deleted all of my PM messages and it still says that I am not able to PM and need to delete my PM messages...

 

I have reported this thread, so Andreas should see this.

This happened to me at renewal, for some reason there was about a 48 hour delay between making the payment and the forum accepting it. Andreas fixed it for me.

Hello, Andreas,

 

My sponsoring membership has also just reverted to showing me adverts although it's set to automatically renew through Paypal.  

 

Unfortunately I can't send you a private message because as a sponsoring member the number of messages allowed for non-sponsoring members has been exceeded so the system tells me that I have to delete messages before I can send one to you although I know that I have space left as a sponsoring member.  Would you very kindly sort out what's happened please?

You can always use the contact form or email address as referred to in Andreas's post above if the PMs stop working. You could probably just delete PMs to free up space too.

 

You can also go to your Client Area in your Profile. This will show you outstanding invoices.

 

Mine is due to renew this week. I clicked Pay Now and the system told me that it had already been paid. I suspect a database glitch somewhere along the line.

 

If there were any way of paying other than Paypal, I would use that, as I trust Paypal as far as I can throw it.

Had a quick look on my profile and the client area and it looks as if my renewal is either due or overdue. Last year's invoice was dated the 10th April. But I don't seem to have a pending invoice. So far I don't seem to have lost any functionality. I wonder .........
