stuny Posted May 21, 2018 Share #23 Posted May 21, 2018 Gelatino - All of the Ella & Louis albums are magical - I think there were four: I'll have to check my record collection tonight. One of those miracles is their recording of Porgy and Bess

WhippingPost Posted May 27, 2018 Share #26 Posted May 27, 2018 I took my family to Paris twice when my kids were in their grade school and middle school years. Born and raised in California, my kids were awestruck by the classic architecture that seem to permeate the city. My eldest is now out of college and about to start grad school, but she still fondly remembers the architectural landmarks that you showed beautifully with these images. Thanks for taking me down memory lane.

Alberti Posted June 11, 2018 Share #28 Posted June 11, 2018 (edited) I like the tone - and am surprised by the almost aquarelle look of the skies in Notre Dame and Louvre. So, seeing you have only BW, is this the monochrome version of that big camera Edited June 11, 2018 by Alberti
djmay Posted June 12, 2018 Author Share #29 Posted June 12, 2018 Thank you. These were done with the standard S 006. If a Monochrom S were available, I would be testing it. Jesse
