Tethering SL & Lightroom

I have two questions regarding tethering with my SL into Lightroom. I have to mention that I have the latest versions of both Lightroom Classic CC and SL firmware.

1) Whatever I choose in Develop Settings in Tethering window, it's not applied to the next image.

2) File name is different when tethering than when I'm shooting normally to my SD card. Although there's an option to change naming template, the Filename itself is different (L1100603 when SD card and 42_L0009999 when tethering). Is there a way to keep the same file name in both cases?

I managed to resolve the file naming problem by changing the naming template in the tethering dialogue, but it seems there's no way to apply changes from one picture to every other when shooting. For example I choose "Same as previous" option in tethering window, but there are no changes.

I'm curious is this limitation in Leica+Lightroom integration, or it's something up to me.

There is no way that I know to have the Develop settings automatically applied to succeeding shots while shooting tethered in LRCC. Instead, you have to group choose the "developed" file along with the succeeding undeveloped file(s) that you wish to have the same settings applied to, and then choose Sync. This is the way I've shot the S for years tethered in LR. A few extra steps and seconds, but works just fine.
