Let's take a break from the horses (we'll come back to them) and show some Spring-flowering Shrubs for color and the OOF-areas.

This may have been already discussed here, but how significant of a difference is there optically between the Summilux 75/1.4 and 75/1.25?

I am sure that the new Noctilux 75/1.25 is somehow a better lens and at a higher cost.

I don't know. The 75 Summilux was Walter Mandler's favorite lens but the 75 Noctilux is probably more optimized for a digital sensor.

This is part 1. There is a part 2. It is an interesting read. It seems he believes the Nocti is much sharper.

I love how easy it is to make sure that the highlights are well controlled with this lens. It's almost as if the camera has more DR.
