Pjay Posted March 31, 2018 Share #6 Posted March 31, 2018 (edited) A few weeks ago LUF members received an offer for PhotoZoom6. Does anyone have experience with this application, and if so, what do you think of it? Stuart, I purchased and installed PhotoZoom6, and have to say that I'm very impressed indeed. A sample image from an M10 was increased to double the original size. The result is 14400x9600 pixels, 48x32 inches, and 107 Mb. I can blow the image up on my screen to life size, with excellent detail and clarity. From what I can see, the interpolation algorithms are very efficient. I share your surprise at the lack of feedback! Edited March 31, 2018 by Pjay

jaapv Posted April 4, 2018 Share #12 Posted April 4, 2018 It would be interesting to compare with plain Photoshop CC
Pjay Posted April 5, 2018 Share #13 Posted April 5, 2018 (edited) It would be interesting to compare with plain Photoshop CC I have experimented with PS6 quite a bit, but the range of options is quite limited. It is recommended by a few people to do incremental enlargement, in steps of 10%, rather than one step. Welcome, dear visitor! Pjay Posted April 5, 2018 Share #14 Posted April 5, 2018 PhotoZoom Pro 6 gives a much wider range of options, and seems to work fine in just one step. Welcome, dear visitor!
