I know this is a really stupid question: but how do I shoot a video on my Q?  Pressing the button on the top doesn't work.  Nor can I find anything in the menu that helps.  What am I doing wrong?

The video button (red one) is disabled with a menu option. Most owners seem to select this option to prevent accidental videos.

But you can still shoot videos by selecting the “video” view on the LCD - which infuriates me by causing accidental videos when trying to shoot live view images.

Many of us dearly hope for an option in firmware 3.0 to totally disable videos!

My iPhone is always in my coat pocket (great geotag GPS) — iPhone is the perfect video taker in my mind, not my Q.
