Standard embedded profile for CL on LR - Colour rendition very "Postcard-ish"

It is obviously different strokes for different folks. LR is just the world's most illogically laid programme for me. C1 however, has I think, made the workflow far more complicated recently than it need be but you have to keep updating to get the newer camera ICC profiles. It is especially difficult for me at the moment as I am running OS Mojave Beta 4 on the same machine as C1 and C1 falls over if you try and customise the menu bar.

Quite the opposite for me. LR's workflow just happened to be identical to what I developed myself when I only had Photoshop ... I learned and was comfortable with it in ten minutes.

C1 first drove me nutty when it took a 20 minute video and 13 pages in the manual just to describe how to get image files into its system.

But as I said before, let's not make this thread into another stupid raw processor rant. Or waste our energy trying to sell others on our personal favorite dingus. :D

I use Bridge with ACR 10.4, it has dehaze and works well enough for me. For anything complicated I use photoshop. I do have lightroom installed too but find it generally sluggish. The important thing is the end result and as we all know, it varies a lot from person to person on what is 'acceptable' output.
