Sunrise view of Sgurr nan Gillean, taken during one of the Workshops I led on the Isle of Skye last spring. Leica S (007), Leica Summarit-S 35mm and Formatt-HItech Firecrest filters. Can't wait to be back on Skye next month!

Beautiful picture. Skye is a wonderful place.

May I ask what shutter time you used? I see some movement in the clouds, but if they were moving rapidly, I’m guessing around 5-10 seconds exposure?

Thanks

Beautiful!

Thank you very much Stuart, glad you liked it! :)

Excellent. How would it look like without the filters ?

Thank you Ali! It would look different, of course, main difference would be in the clouds (less blurred) and in their reflection of course ;)

Best regards,

Vieri
