Mark Pope Posted February 3, 2018 Share #3 Posted February 3, 2018 It would be nice to think that Epson and/ or their support line would be embarrassed into resolving these issues. Somehow I think that’s unlikely.
Jeff S Posted February 3, 2018 Share #4 Posted February 3, 2018 Epson moved on from the problematic X900 heads (4900/7900/9900) with their new machines. These issues were widely discussed online, but never dealt with openly by Epson. The Epson expert at my local dealer confirmed these issues early on and worked with customers to address problems and expedite service and/or product exchange. This is one reason why I always encourage a good dealer relationship, printers or cameras/lenses, etc. Jeff
250swb Posted February 6, 2018 Share #5 Posted February 6, 2018 I could guess what was coming, but fun to watch anyway especially after so many clogging problems with my smaller Epson printers. My solution was less drastic, I bought a Canon.
