Is there a way to use the old Leica M, Visoflex, Telyte lenses on the M10. is there an adapter out there? Seems like the proper adapter could match the focal point of the lens to the sensor in the camera and then one could use the electronic visoflexor  live action screen on the back of the camera to focus? I hope I have stated this idea correctly, I am no optical technician.

;)

I have some Visoflex lenses that I wanted to use without optical Visoflex but with the electronic one "020" on M10.

But after trying those oldies, I prefer equivalent R lenses (like Apo-Telyt-R 4/280 which is far better/easier to use than the Telyt-V 4.8/280 ! ).

For your search, a simple ring M female to M male mount of 41.0mm thick must do what you want to experiment.

In my research, never found "ready made" this 41mm M-M ring.

Maybe four stacked OUFRO ?

One millimeter left to take care of by focussing.

Have fun.

Here are suggestions for bridging the 'Visoflex Distance'* with possibly existing extension tubes.

(* in the german part of LUF, short details/list name and images - as examples, ...)

This adapter combinations bridge 'exactly' the Visoflex distance (II, III) of 41mm with original parts. Specifically for the 'Leica M', but not only.

Maybe it helps further.

There are many ways to use the M10 with old Telyt-lenses which were made for the Visoflex: You can use them with a Visoflex, as if it had a Visoflex and as if it was an R-Camera. (I had to use the M10 to make the following photos, therefore the camera shown is the M9 - just for illustration; for the M9 you need the original Visoflex III with finder and lever, so please imagine it was the M10).

1. With Visoflex.

Of course you can use the Telyt lenses with the original Visoflex III on you M10-body like on any other M body - using the Visoflex finder.

If you want to use Liveview instead of the Visoflex finder, you still can make use of the Visoflex body: leave the finder off; fix the mirror in the "red dot position" of the Visoflex III so that the mirror is not in the way when you use Liveview; unscrew the lever arm of the Visoflex (this is easy and harmless since you always can reattach the lever easily) and use the OUBIO/16466 adapter like you are used to:

The Viso body alone does not add too much weight, it is stabil, and with the OUBIO you can easily switch from horizontal to vertical - perhaps still the most practical solution.

2. Instead Visoflex:

The most elegant version is the old TXBOO/14043 adapter which was made for the Telyt to be used without Viso on the M. With Liveview it becomes even more interesting than ever before. It is not frequent on the second hand markt - though I think you'll find it more often than the adapter shown by Dao De Leitz. With the TXBOO you don't need the OUBIO; the TXBOO has it's own connection for a tripod -though perhaps you'll miss the easy switch from horizontal to vertical

Instead Viso - second version:

Novoflex offers the LEM/VIS II consisting of several rings instead of the Viso-body. It is not cheap - a Viso-body may be cheaper. You need the OUBIO again - but it doesn't align in the right position on the Novoflex adapter. I think this is a nuisance:

3. M10 used as R-Camera

If you have the R-to-M-adapter there is another interesting solution:

For the Leicaflex and R-cameras there were adapters to use Visoflex lenses: 14127 or 14167. You can use both of them - the f-stop-markings on the 14127 don't matter. So Leica R-to-M-adapter+14127+OUBIO (the combination shown below looks and is clumsy since I did leave the connection for tripod on the R-to-M adapter; but you don't need it since you have the OUBIO as well which is more versatile):

There may be even more solutions with different adapters, though these shown above will be the most easy to get and they work well (with the exception of the misconstruction from NOVOFLEX).

Gentlemen, Thank you all for your responses. It is refreshing to communicate with individuals who have real respect and knowledge of the Leica system. Your answers. Have been very useful to me both out of general interest and for amusing further research. I may have the answer to my question right in my closet! Thanks again.
