thighslapper Posted December 16, 2017 Share #1 Posted December 16, 2017 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Three shots .... all CL + 18-56 .... different days over the course of a week. The sun only rises in this location for a week or so a year ... about now, and if the conditions are right it makes a pleasing composition. Sammy invariably gets in the shot somewhere. For a change it was frosty/snowy ...which adds a bit of interest. Slightly different versions posted elsewhere but posting as a group makes you realise that 'once is not enough' as far as landscape photography is concerned. In fact I probably have another dozen of these going back 10 years or so, and all are different. The CL is a super little camera with great image quality. Thanks for looking ..... Bill W Posted December 16, 2017 Share #4 Posted December 16, 2017 They are all nice but I like the 2nd the best with the rising sun and your dog looking at you.
StS Posted December 17, 2017 Share #5 Posted December 17, 2017 All three are excellent, I tend to be drawn to #3, where the reflection of the puddle is breaking the symmetry nicely. On the other hand, if this should be the footprint of a bird, I would find it rather alarming Stefan
