Original Monochrom Firmware update?

Quick question. First in any forum. I have been using an M240 for quite some time, and recently an 18MP Monochrom fell into my lap free of charge, with a Lux 24 attached non the less.

Anyway, I suspect the firmware has never been updated, and was curious as to whether or not the current 246 firmware would work for this model and if not, what was the last version of firmware for the original monochrom?
