Advertisement Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 Hi spikemozeley, Take a look here Playback Peaking. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jaapv Posted November 22, 2017 Share #2 Posted November 22, 2017 By not confusing clipping warning with focus peaking. Assuming the M10 has the same menu settings as other Leica cameras: Turn off the clipping warning in the menu to disable it permanently, or push the info button repeatedly to set the camera to a display without clipping warning. charles_nl Posted November 22, 2017 Share #3 Posted November 22, 2017 Hi everyone, How the heck do you turn off the red and blue peaking on playback. I don't want it and can't figure out how to turn off.... thanks!! I cannot find red/blue when doing playback of pictures taken. But this is an option when you make pictures with LV (life vue). These options are under the menu option "Capture Assistance" (e.g. "focus aid" on/off)
Jeff S Posted November 23, 2017 Share #4 Posted November 23, 2017 I cannot find red/blue when doing playback of pictures taken. As Jaap wrote, these are highlight and shadow cliipping warnings, not focus related. Jeff

I don't want it and can't figure out how to turn off.... thanks!! Two ways: Main Menu > Capture Assistants > Exposure Clipping > Off Or just cycle through the display modes by pushing the button in the center of the four way directional control 1
