redlensandgreenbody Posted November 14, 2017 Share #1 Posted November 14, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Now that my free 3-months subscription of Lightroom with Leica Q purchase heading towards the end, I am wondering if I should continue LR subscription or not. I have done some research on Google and certain programs, such as Affinity Photo and Capture one pro, are recommended as an alternative. During the free subscription period I enjoyed LR but I prefer buying perpetual license than to making a monthly payments. I would appreciate it if you could recommend a suitable post processing program for Lecia Q. Thanks, Leo

Lynx Posted January 29, 2018 Share #6 Posted January 29, 2018 I use Dxo Photolab and I think its very good. They have aquired the Nik collection and implemented controll points in Photolab. They will continue to incorporate Nik into their software. Its not a DAM though. I dont mind as I have a system for saving my files anyway. //Johan
