I was walking to the railway station in London and on the way noticed a family celebrating the Hindu festival of light, Diwali, by letting off some fireworks on the pavement so I stopped for a few pictures.  But as one of the sky rockets was lit its contained fell over and this was the result.

Fortunately there is a school playing field across the road and the rocket ended up there so no one was hurt despite the impressive explosion.
