Lisa Posted October 21, 2017 Share #1 Posted October 21, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have a Lecia DLUX 6 Type 109 and it has no controls for adjusting ISO, WB or customizing the QM. When I press the ISO and WB buttons nothing happens. I also get nothing when I press the F button for the filters--not that I would use them! But these functions don't seem to be working. I reset all the settings on the camera and that didn't help. I've read through the manual twice to try to troubleshoot this and am complete stumped. Has anyone had this problem before? Any ideas what I can do?
Advertisement Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Hi Lisa, Take a look here No controls for ISO, WB or custom menu. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
dhsimmonds Posted October 22, 2017 Share #2 Posted October 22, 2017 Have you tried taking out the battery, leave for a while before re-inserting it? If not does your menu a re-set option as that would probably fix it? Only problem with that option is that all of your settings are likely to be reset also! farnz Posted October 22, 2017 Share #3 Posted October 22, 2017 Check that the camera isn't in "Snapshot" mode, which automatically sets many things for the user and prevents them being changed until you use a different mode such as Aperture Priority, Program, or Manual etc. It's easy to accidentally put the D-Lux 109 into Snapshot mode by pressing the "A" button on top of the camera. To set the camera to Program mode and gain control of ISO, WB etc: set the shutter speed dial to the red A mark, and also set the aperture ring to the red A. stevieg Posted August 22, 2018 Share #4 Posted August 22, 2018 Brilliant, thanks for that Pete! I have also recently been struggling with not being able to change the ISO and AF mode! Who'd have thought that something so simple as re-pushing the "A" button would sort it all out!
