At the University of Coimbra, Portugal, the oldest university in Europe.  They place two cut-outs of students in robes, male and female for people to use to pose, and remarkably, many people do use them.  The images are just a bit androgynous, so it's amusing to see a significant percentage select the wrong cut-out to pose behind.
