In the last couple of years I have been taking pictures of all kinds of different flowers and thought it would be nice to have a thread devoted to flowers......so please post um up here................Please add what Camera/Lens combination you used :)

Nice idea, NDW! I share your "mania" for years, and probably have more than one thousand images. I used to have up to 100 Leicas and 300 lenses when using/collecting, but now at 83 I limit myself to the pocket-friendly V-Lux 20 (the last one is serialled 3854251 and has the DC Vario-Elmar 1:3.3-4.9/4.1-49.2 Asph.).

All images - of course not same quality as yours - are taken hand-held. Here are three taken this last week.
