Berlin, Leibnizstr.

Truly great image. Normally I don't like 'posed' street photos but this is fabulous.

Es tut mir leid, aber mein Deutsch is so schlecht hoffe ich das kannst du übersetzen.

Thanks Shlomo. As you see, I speak some German but on this image it stretched my German too far!  :)

This is wonderful because of the three faces. Left you have 'quite happy', centre you have 'not happy' and right you have 'I am going to pout like a model'. Absolutely love the image, but for my taste I would like to see maybe a little more contrast.

Three sisters?

Dear Gerry,

thank You for viewing my pictures (if I wouldn't be so shy, You would see many more - well, not quite exceptional then, but may be not worst pictures around here, I strongly believe) and thank You for Your comments. I told the girls to look not to friendly and this was the result of being serious. In the rest of the series they show off with their beauty and show wonderfully smiling faces. I do not like the b/w contrast either, may be the whole scene would have been better in color, don't know . . . . still fumbling around in Lightroom. The two on the right are sisters, Bina and Thalia, Rebekah is on the left, my daughter  ;)

Warmest Greetings from Charlottenburg, Berlin  B)

Thank you for the explanation.

On the matter of contrast, I find in LR that the best place to start is usually with 'B&W Look 1' or 'B&W Look 2' in 'Classic - B&W Presets' on the left side in the Develop module, and then fine tune from there.

I look forward to seeing more of your work, which I like.

Schönes Wochenende!

Gerry

Shlomo,

Chapeau...

Gruß

Gregor
