This thread is suffering from overposting by a few members; I have hidden some posts. It is a an unwritten convention that we leave space for other participants. The reason is twofold: Overposting drowns out the other posts and, as important, if one floods a thread, the viewers lose interest and won't even look at those posts any more. Street Human Series - Its kind of my homage to Bruce Gilden even though he would have got closer and used a flash. I like the candidness and rawness of subjects whether that is soft or dramatic or enigmatic. Also to include some environment in the frame.

A hip shot I assume and the off-balance composition and low angle draw me into the picture intimately and her expression generates a hundred questions that keep me coming back again.

Yes Pete, correct. I have been employing ways to free up what I believe was a rigidity in my style. I think I was structurally repetitive so hopefully now freeing up some creativity. It’s taken months to perfect a rhythm, walking and shooting and constantly adjusting exposures depending on my direction. My hit rate is quite high with the M10M and 35 Summicron.
