This thread is suffering from overposting by a few members; I have hidden some posts. It is a an unwritten convention that we leave space for other participants. The reason is twofold: Overposting drowns out the other posts and, as important, if one floods a thread, the viewers lose interest and won't even look at those posts any more. I could write a few paragraphs about getting old but after helping a few, fellow elderly types recently, I was amazed at my muscle memory's ability to give that help. I am not too old but circumstances can add or subtract six years either way. Anyway I am not old as it turns out as I can still navigate electronic parking stations by way of sheer instinct.

Coffee and Chips at Dome Scarborough. I went armed to the teeth with a cache of lenses (3) and a second camera. Be prepared I say, things happen and we always run into something. I was excited to be using my Apo Summicron M f2 Asph on the SL3S. This lens has lay dormant for some time and with Apo SL lenses at "work" I almost forgot how nice it is. I really like the sharpness and IQ and bokeh of this lens. Maybe just one camera next time.
