I have acquired a Leica MD with serial number 1136211 (dating in back to the mid 60's). It looks new and is … in black.
 
I know that collectiblend has observed a Leica MD-1 in black some years ago, but for as far as I know, I never saw another one before.
 
The gentleman I bought it from stated it was from a German Scientific company. They bought it, but never used it.
 
Has anybody any knowledge or has seen one like this before ?
