Is new CEO a Leica M photographer?

Has anyone noticed the remarkable similarity between Leica's new CEO Matthias Harsch, and Francois Holland, recently the President of France.

Has anyone ever seen them appearing together at the same time?

I know that Holland was now looking for a new job - or Is this simply a passing coincidence?

I think we should be told.

In this case, Leica goes to insured bankruptcy, like France ... I can talk about it, I live there :(

Blow me! I've just chanced upon this old stock/library photo of Matthias Harsch before it was photoshopped by the Leica publicity machine.  It also explains why he looks so unnatural holding the camera.

He looks much more comfortable in this original untouched image.

Now I understand why he was so happy when the photo was originally taken.

Prost, Matthias!

I don't know who "the Leica publicity machine" would be, but they need to tread circumspectly lest they be looked upon with the same jaundiced eye as the Adorama publicity machine:  https://petapixel.com/2018/04/05/adorama-angers-film-photographers-with-article-and-stolen-photo/

It is incumbent upon Leica to not wallow in Adorama's (or any other) gutter.

Based on what I have seen over the past 15 years of my involvement with Leica and this forum, Leica is easily capable doing better.
