Exquisite photograph Vieri.

Don't know why it's taken so long for anyone to comment :-)

Thank you very much Mark, glad you enjoyed it! :)

Hauntingly beautiful and dreamlike.

Thank you very much Sam, glad you enjoyed the mood :)

Incredibly beautiful. You are one of very few photographers I'm aware of who can consistently make successful landscape images in vertical format.

Thank you very much Brent, glad you liked it! :) Interesting what you say about vertical landscapes (and your kind comment is much appreciated indeed!), since I often find myself shooting vertical... I understand that this is somehow unusual for landscape, where horizontal (and perhaps in wide ratios) is more "natural". Personally, I think that every landscape lends itself to a different image ratio and to a different orientation, and I try to always think in terms of the final image ratio (3:2, 16:9, 5:4, etc) when I shoot - I have been training my eye to do so for quite some time now, and I noticed that it really helps in isolating compositions and in finding what works best for which landscape. I hope it does make some sense :)

Beautiful! Somehow we missed this on our visit

Thank you very much Stuart, glad you enjoyed it! :) Mesquite Dunes are extremely beautiful and inspiring, but you have to know where to get in, to avoid footprints... ;)

Utterly beautiful image - as always.

Thank you very much indeed Dee, much appreciated! :)

Best regards,

Vieri
