On vacation in Colorado this week with the TL2 and something weird happened...

I was changing lenses (in the car) and the body did not seem to accept nor recognize any lenses anymore.

Initially the LCD still showed aperture and other information but other than that the LCD remained black.

After a few more attempts I did not get a black screen anymore but the Leica logo that gradually appears when you start an installation.

After that it stopped... with the body not doing anything anymore...

In the evening in the hotel I used my rocket blower and cleaned the lenses.

That had some effect.  When I turned on the camera again it started the installation process...

I completed the installation process and the camera worked fine again.

Today I noticed though that my firmware version now says 0.7...  so my firmware was downgraded from 1.1 to 0.7...?

Does this make sense?  Anybody any idea what happened here?

No, I don't believe so, when it happened I was in a National Park.  How do you think being connected to a WiFi network would influence things?
