The area is known as the Black Country because of all the heavy industry which took place there during the early 1900's. Leica SL with the 24-90 lens. SilentShutter Posted September 8, 2017 Share #6 Posted September 8, 2017 Amazing picture Tom - itill curious about the rendering of the background. Is this the normal output of the lens or did you use a special filter ?
lanetomlane Posted September 9, 2017 Author Share #7 Posted September 9, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Amazing picture Tom - itill curious about the rendering of the background. Is this the normal output of the lens or did you use a special filter ? Firstly, thanks for your kind comment. The background is the normal output; the shot was taken wide open and the background is the bricks behind the forge, which were very sooty. Cheers, Tom
