Can anyone help identify this Leitz Wetzlar/Lumedyne contraption?

Hello.

 

This was in my uncle's studio. It's a Leitz Wetzlar something-or-other with a Lumedyne light attached.

 

It's L-shaped and has an aperture on one end of the Leitz/Wetzlar piece, and the other end of the L-shape has something that sort of looks like a lens could fit onto it.
